As an Insurance Sales/Service Representative for the Miller/Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency you are vital to our daily business operations in managing growth and retention through sales support and customer service. As an Insurance Sales/Service Representative for the Miller/Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency you are vital to our daily business operations in managing growth and retention through sales support and customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach monthly appointment/sales goals
- Develop sales leads and follow ups
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Assist taking payments in office as well as over the phone
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must have Illinois State Insurance License, or willing to get licensed
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
